Before Your Lash Appointment

If you’re planning on scheduling your first eyelash extension appointment, keep in mind if you do fear an allergic reaction due to a history of reactions to medical grade adhesive or other lash extension adhesives; we can schedule a patch test and consultation before scheduling your fullset appointment! Please contact me Via text or call to schedule a consultation or patch test appointment.

If this is your first eyelash extension appointment, please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out the consent form for first time clients!

Please come with clean lashes and eyelids! I do suggest showering before your appointment so you can avoid getting the lashes wet for the required 24-48 hours after your appointment.

Please avoid and do not use any oil based products on or around the eye area, as the oil breaks down the adhesive.

Child Policy

Please make arrangements for your child prior to your appointment.Unfortunately, due to the nature of the service and the requirement for your eyes to be closed the entire service, I cannot allow children in the area.

Cancellation Policy

Please give me a 24 hour notice to avoid being charged a $50 last minute-cancellation fee. This fee will have to be paid before or at your rescheduled appointment in order to continue to be scheduled with me in the future! If you do need to cancel, please let me know through call/text, or please reschedule/ cancel through the link you received as a reminder. This link goes to a scheduling website that allows you to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the appointment yourself! It also alerts me of any changes as soon as they occur. If you are needing to cancel due to unexpected bad weather, or an unexpected illness, there will not be a fee.

Late Policy

Please let me know via call/text if you’re running late! I am unable to exceed your original appointment time as I must be considerate of my next client’s appointment time. I do not give out discounts for shorter appointments, you will be required to pay for the full price of the appointment. Generally, it is best to reschedule if you’re running more than 15 minutes late. If I have not heard from you by 15 after, I will reach out, and if I do not hear back within 10 minutes of sending the message, I will consider you a no show, and require for you to pay half of the price of the missed appointment before being able to reschedule with me. I usually will leave the suite at that point as I am not an hourly wage employee and only paid per appointment. Thank you for understanding!

Illness Policy

If you have been sick in the last two weeks prior to your lash appointment, or if you have been around anyone who has been sick, PLEASE reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in not being rescheduled with me in the future, and the appointment will be cancelled immediately.

Working Over Another Artist’s Work Policy

If you are a new client and you have a set of lashes from another artist you would like me to work over, I will always try my absolute best to work over another artist’s work. As long as the lashes have been applied correctly, no damage is being caused, and the lengths and thickness of the extensions is not too much for the natural lashes, I can work over what you already have. If any of the above issues are occurring, I will either have to remove some of the old extensions, the ones causing issues. Or if the lashes are not in a healthy enough state to work around I will recommend removing all of the extensions and starting over with a fullset. If you need to get the removal and also get a fullset in the same day, you will not be charged for the removal service, only the cost of the fullset. If only some old extensions need to be removed I will charge a fill price for the appointment, but depending on how many need to be removed will determine if there will be an added up charge. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that I can work over another artist’s work until I start lashing and see what I am working with. I also cannot guarantee a set price until I see what I am working with as it is truly dependent on the state of the client’s natural lashes.

Refund and Repair Policy

If you are having ANY issues with your eyelash extensions, whether it’s irritation, or if the retention is not good (they are falling off seemingly faster than they should), or if you have an allergic reaction. PLEASE contact me and I will do everything in my power to remedy the situation. I do not offer refunds as the time and products have been used. The consent form you sign at your first appointment specifically states that I am not responsible for any adverse reactions to the adhesive as allergies and sensitivities are not something that can be predicted. I do offer the option of coming in for a patch test before scheduling a fullset appointment if you suspect you may have an allergy to the adhesive. I will remove the extensions IMMEDIATELY for you if you have an allergic reaction, and the reaction should subside once the extensions are removed. If the retention is not good and you alert me within the first 3 days after your initial lash appointment, I will get you in for a complimentary fix as soon as possible. If you alert me of retention issues once the 3 days has passed, I will suggest scheduling a 1 week fill appointment, or moving your 2 week fill up a few days!
